Why we’re here

British Forces have always thrived on the link with home provided by radio shows and messages to and from home. BFBS Radio is continuing that tradition with its weekly request and dedication programme, Access All Areas, and live shows from Camp Bastion in Afghanistan every day.

We have a great mix of presenters from Huddersfield’s finest Mike Howarth in the morning to Liverpudlian Jessie Aru in the evening. Other stalwarts include Richard Hatch and George Ryland, plus Neil Moore on the decks for regular dance music shows and Frank McCarthy with the very latest releases.
