In 2009, four new transmitters were switched on for the national commercial network. These were at Braid Hills in Edinburgh, Taunton and two in Hampshire at Odiham and Hungry Hill. They are listed together with our other on-air transmitters here. We also increased the power of our transmitter at Arfon, improving our coverage in the Lleyn Peninsular area of North Wales.

Although already covering more than 90% of the population, in line with the government's Digital Radio Working Group report, Digital One is working on a transmitter roll out plan to further extend coverage.
